How much can we earn in referrals?
There's no limit to how much you can refer! Each referral guarantees you a minimum of $500 for a single family residential property (1-4 units). If you refer a Multifamily property or a Commercial property, we will give you one month's management fee with a minimum of $500.
What if my client wants to sell?
When you refer your client to us, we will keep your info in our database. If the time comes that your client wants to sell, we will return the favor and refer your client back.
Do I have to be licensed to refer a client for property management?
In order to receive the referral fee, you must be a licensed agent.
What areas do you serve?
We manage properties all over the tri-county area: Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado and surrounding areas.
